We are delighted to announce that we deliver anywhere in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County.
Standard Delivery Times
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Sunday with 48 hours-notice but subject to availability.
Standard Delivery Costs
Pinellas County - $4.99 per order.
Hillsborough County - $8.99 per order.
Delivery Date and Time
Please specify your delivery date and preferred time at checkout.
Quality Control
All orders will be quality checked prior to delivery. Once handed over, The Whisk and Rose are no longer liable for damage of any kind. However, if you experience any issues, within 24 hours of us delivering your balloon(s), please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
